Refund Policy

* For Bookings made through third party/ online booking site : Any refunds for such reservation would be governed by the refund rules of respective sites.

* For Bookings made through our web page-
+ Fifty percent of refund if cancellation done 72 hours prior to check in date.
​
+ Twenty five percent refunds for cancellation upto 24 hours prior to check in
​
+ Zero refund for cancellations done in the last 24 hours prior to check in.

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to any booking , reservations or any contract , the parties agree that any such dispute shall be resolved by all means within the jurisdiction of Patna district only.
